Apart from its security services, Latins Security (UK) provides also security guards that will able to undertake the duties of a normal switchboard operator: they will direct incoming calls to the appropriate persons, take and distribute messages to the appropriate Administrative Assistants in their absence, provide assistance to callers as needed, ascertain and respond appropriately to client and staff needs.
